U.S.S. Enterprise (CVAN/CVN-65) Fund, Inc

a designated 501(c) 3 organization

The fund supports the U.S.S. Enterprise (CVAN/CVN-65) Association by serving as custodian of funds for the following:

1. The Association Scholarship
2. The Paul Akers Memorial Scholarship Fund
3. The Enterprise Room Project
4. The Save the Ship Fund

The sole purpose of the Paul Akers Memorial Scholarship Fund is the educational advancement of crew members of the

USS ENTERPRISE CVN-65 and/or their immediate family members.

The U.S.S. ENTERPRISE (CVAN/CVN65) Fund manages and disburses scholarship monies to eligible crew members and/or their immediate family members.

To be eligible for the Paul Akers Memorial Scholarship, you must be one of the following:

• a current Enterprise crew member; or " an immediate family member of a current Enterprise crew member.

The USS ENTERPRISE (CVAN/CVN-65) Fund and the U.S.S. ENTERPRISE (CVAN/CVN-65) Association

work together to ensure that no one person will ever receive a scholarship simultaneously from both organizations.
